这个 Skill 解决的问题，我觉得很多人都忽视了。那就是 Agent 干完活，用一堆提交哈希和行话汇报，不懂工程的人根本判断不了到底做完没有。 作者 Pavlo 不是工程师，做了 20 年产品，公司里有 50 多个开发，自己一个人用 AI 写产品时撞上的就是这堵墙。 于是他做了 Open Steps，7 个 Skill 专管一件事，让 Agent 跟人说人话。 GitHub：http://github.com/kharmanskyi/open-steps 活干完出一屏报告，先给结论做完没做完，再答三个问题，需要我做什么、有没有留下新的坑、能不能关掉。 坏消息单独占一行，不藏在段落中间。 要人动手时给编号步骤，Agent 先把自己能做的做完，只把真需要点击、粘贴、批准的留给人。 做合同、迁移这类难回头的决定前，另开一个没参与过的 Agent，假设这事已经失败了往回推原因。 写法借的是航空手册那套简化英语，短句、主动语态、一句话一个意思。 作者还真测了触发率，21 句日常问法各问三遍，Opus 5 全中，Sonnet 5 是 95%。 Claude Code 一条命令装成插件，Codex、Cursor、Gemini CLI 也能装。不是程序员却在用 Agent 做产品的，装上会舒服很多。
