Cheap thinking to route, deep thinking to build. 2. delegation swarm 🐝 Don't run ONE agent grading its own homework. Writer model ≠ reviewer model. 2 workers in parallel, disjoint files. Self-correcting + 2x faster. 3. local model + fallback chain 🏠 Ollama on my own GPU = free, private, no rate limits.
