Every morning at 4am each of my agent teams writes one note about yesterday. Then the other team reads it. That note is the whole handoff. No meetings, no quick sync chats between bots. Why it matters: once you run more than one agent team, the failure is not bad work. It is two teams doing the same job, or one team waiting on an answer nobody knew was asked. The note template, copy it: 1. Done. What shipped, with a link to the proof. 2. Issues and blocked. What is stuck and why. 3. Needs me. Only the real open asks, not every old question. 4.
