Qwen4 is the brain inside my Hermes agent. I typed "simulate a bioreactor producing insulin" and it built me a working one. It wrote the growth model in Python first and ran a full batch to check the math, then turned it into a live tank I can drive: feed rate, stirring, oxygen, temp, pH. Hit induce and the E. coli start making proinsulin, the raw precursor to insulin. The default batch runs 36.6 hours and ends with 18.4 grams of proinsulin.
